1. Free Consultation: We begin with a one-time free consultation where we discuss the client's ideas and vision for their project. Clients are encouraged to bring inspiration photos to help us better understand their design preferences. During this meeting, we discuss their budget, which allows us to create a design that aligns with both their vision and financial plan.
2. Design Creation: Using state-of-the-art software, our team translates the client’s choices (tiles, faucets, cabinetry, etc.) into a high-definition 3D model of their space. This gives the client a clear vision of their future home, allowing them to make adjustments before the project begins.
3. Client Review and Approval: The client will review the design on a large screen, making any changes they desire. Once they are happy with the design, they will sign off on their selections, drawings, and floor plans.
4. Contract and Construction: After the design is approved, we enter into a contract and begin the project. Each client is assigned a dedicated project manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination. At the end of each workday, we update the client with photos and videos of the day’s progress, so they’re always in the loop.
5. Quality and Guarantees: We stand by the quality of our work, which is why we do not reuse old materials such as bathtubs, toilets, or shower doors. For every bathroom or kitchen remodel, we start fresh by removing everything outdated. Our licensed plumbers and electricians inspect and replace pipes and wiring, ensuring that all elements of the remodel are new.
